You are not logged in.
It may happen that while using our Web Manager Chat on MacOS you can receive a browser error related to the lack of proper internet certificate. See the screenshot below:
Mostly it occurs in the Safari and Firefox browsers. In Firefox it can be omitted but in Safari cannot.
To fix it:
Go to Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access. Search for the name of the certificate(s) that showed up in the certificate window above, export them to a safe place (to restore in case of problems) and then delete the certificates listed in the alert. Then restart Safari and try again.
